Bill Clinton Feels the Love in Denver

28 August 2008 8:55 AM, PDT

Bill Clinton knew the bar was high. The day after his wife and former presidential candidate Hillary Rodham Clinton "rocked" the Democratic convention, in the words of Barack Obama, the former president took a turn at the podium to rally the Democratic faithful. "I'm not so grateful for the chance to speak in the wake of [Hillary's] magnificent address last night," he joked of his wife's rousing reception. "But I'll do my best." Clinton, who was greeted with thunderous applause, praised his wife saying, he is "proud of the campaign she ran." But he urged Hillary's supporters to back her former rival,

Movie Reviews: Traitor

27 August 2008 10:35 AM, PDT

Several critics seem to suggest that Traitor, starring Don Cheadle, tries to take a complicated story and condense it for easy digestion -- but succeeds only in giving the audience something to chew on. Lopez And Smirnoff Back Together?

28 August 2008 5:07 AM, PDT

Mario Lopez is reportedly back with his ex-girlfriend, Dancing With The Stars partner Karina Smirnoff.

The actor split with Smirnoff earlier this year after an 18-month romance, which began when they were paired up as partners on the U.S reality TV competition.

A source tells New York gossip column PageSix, "They were super-flirty," and added that the pair were "very happy, kissing and cuddling".

The end of August is a dumping ground for marginal movies that are, in many cases, barely worthy of release. Rudolph the Red Nose Reindeer made friends on “the island of misfit toys,” but not even Rudolph would pay to see the “misfit movies” bowing for Labor Day weekend. I (more)
